How JouwRVA came to be
JouwRVA started with a conversation. Through Esther of the NCD — the network for responsible directors and entrepreneurs — Jeroen Kerkhof and Berry Veldhoen got to know each other. Berry came with an idea as simple as it was powerful: make a professional advisory board accessible to SMEs, instead of something reserved for large corporates.
Two entrepreneurs, two very different backgrounds — one deeply rooted in digital and technology, the other in strategy and customer experience — with one shared conviction: you rarely make the best decisions alone. They started thinking it through, sketching, cutting and refining. And so JouwRVA was born: a flexible advisory board that fits how SME entrepreneurs really work.

Jeroen Kerkhof

Digital entrepreneur and founder/CEO of Brightness Group. For over eighteen years he has helped businesses — from ambitious start-ups to growing brands — realise their digital ambitions with software, e-commerce and AI. As a member of the NCD he moves within the world of entrepreneurs and directors.
Berry Veldhoen
Co-founder — strategy & customer experience
One of the most influential thinkers on customer experience and the customer journey in the Netherlands. Co-founder of Altuïtion and author of the bestsellers “De 9+ organisatie” and “Klanthelden in de 9+ organisatie”. Berry combines scientifically grounded strategy with a sharp, practical entrepreneurial eye.
