We assemble a fitting advisory board — always a minimum of two people. We curate the mix; you stay in control.

4. Introduction

You meet the advisors. Not the right fit? We adjust the match. Flexibility is the starting point.

5. Periodic advisory sessions

You meet periodically: sharp questions, practical decisions, real progress. Sparring in between where it fits.

6. Evaluate and adjust

We review regularly and keep the composition flexible and current. Your business changes, your board moves with it.
